Name:Arcturus II
Age:Three
Gender:Male
Species:Hybrid
Breed: Arctic Wolf x Alaskan Husky[fourth generation]
Appearance (100+ words):Arcturus is a very lovely creature. He has deep blue eyes that are intense. His eyes never betray what he does not wish to be betrayed of him. His ears are a bit larger than the average Overall he has a slightly foxy face. He has dense fur that appears to be softer than it really is. His thick fleece is an array of whites, grays, and browns. The darker markings along his back resemble more of a saddle like seen on a dog. Arc is thin and built like a runner with long legs. He isn't overly muscular or show much "hybrid vigor". [this sucks, I know, I'm just really bad at writing out descriptions like this, I always have been]
History (200+ words):Arcturus was born in a litter of five. One would no normally be noticed in such a size worthy litter but Arc was. Though not overly significant, he struck something deep in his father's heart. Taken under wing by Arcturus senior Arc quickly learned the tricks of the trade. His father was some sort of gang leader, running his own little hustle. At first Arcturus II only did small insignificant jobs, mostly shadowing his father. Once Arc had reached his full height potential, Arc Senior began to train him to fight and sent him out to do the dirty work (aka brutally beating up those who didn't stay in line).
One day Arc met a pretty little female, Niera. He loved her, and his father resented that fact. Arcturus was sent off on his usual rounds while his father went to settle things. Needless to say, a few days later Niera's body was found floating in the river. Arcturus was devastated. He attempted to murder his father but there were some things that had been purposely not been taught to him. It was too dangerous for his father to entrust him with all of his information. Anyway, his father knew what he was up to, a snitch that had been watching Arc all along told him. His father ran and Arcturus was left empty and angry. He's still not quite the same anymore.
His father couldn't hide forever of course and when he came out of hiding, Arcturus was there. The older wolf thought his son had forgotten or maybe even forgiven him, well he hadn't. After biding his time, Arc finally attacked. Almost killed the wolf, but instead left him blind and pretty messed up. His senior messed him up pretty bad too.
Desired Pack:Aryante
Starting Post (400+ words):-taken from my app on another site- The ice crackled under paw. His weight was too much for the fragile layer of ice that had become of the city streets. Arc padded along at an easy pace. He was in no hurry, why would he be? Pausing on a curb he looked around cautiously before stepping off the sidewalk and into the street. He crossed the street and stepped suspiciously into a dark side alley. By a pile of rubble was a shadowy figure. With a look over his shoulder the brute approached the being. When the other canine stepped from the shadows he revealed himself. A wolf, as were both the canines in the alley.
The wolves faced off, blue eyes facing harsh yellow eyes. They were hauntingly familiar. “What do you want,” The blue eyed wolf asked, blunt and to the point. The yellow eyed wolf smirked, looking quite contempt. “I need you to do something for me.” Blue eyes turned to slits as the light gray wolf took a step back and ‘tisk’ed at the other male. “I was done doing favors for you a long time ago, old man.” He was ready to go, backing away. The other wolf stepped forward growling slightly, teeth glinting in the light. “Arcturus, son, is that really how you would treat you father?”
Arcturus, the blue eyed wolf, turned on his father, fangs bared. A deep snarl emitted from his throat, “You lost the right as my father long ago and you know that!” The older wolf stepped down, giving up his fight. He looked pretty pissed off but he didn’t try to beat his son, not this time. Arcturus moved closer to his father, sizing him up. As he backed the brute to the wall he shook his head and chuckled softly to himself, “You’re not worth it.” With that he stepped back and headed out of the alley, as he reached the sidewalk his father called to him. “You can’t stay mad at me forever you know.” Arc scoffed, not even bothering to spare the canine a glance, “Watch me.”
With that Arc was gone. Treading back across the street his mind was a mess of memories and anger. At one time his relationship with his father had been good, well…good as in before it went bad. Arcturus had started to jobs for the older wolf, running errands, small things. When he was old enough he had been sent to shut others up, out for the dirty work. Then he had met Niera. She was everything he could have hoped for, which is why his father stepped in and “took care” of things. In the end it was Niera’s body someone found floating in a canal. Naturally his father had confessed, the only problem was that Arcturus was looking for someone to put six feet under at that point. He almost did…put his father six feet under, but he figured the worthless son of a bitch deserved a long slow life of being ignored, unloved, and blind. Yes, blind. That’s what Arc did to the fellow, plucked both eyes from their sockets like feathers from a pigeon.
Sure taught the old bastard a lesson.
The wolf woke with a start, jerking forward before realizing where he was and that it had only been a dream. A memory, but still just a dream. Stretching out on his side he looked around. Green eyes took in the ruined, decaying structure before him. At one point he supposed it had been a cabin, or maybe a lodge or something. Either way it was man made. He sighed heavily sending the grass that was before his nose into frenzy. His rib cage expanded upward showing off his trim waist line. He pushed to his feet slow and deliberate. Once on his toes he scowled, walking away from the clearing. Why was he here? He hated the camp ground.
A breeze stirred through the trees but it was nothing major. Reality was much warmer than his dream. The scruffy brute moved through the trees. Sunlight was captured in his dingy gray and brown fur. He soon came to a body of water. Seating himself at the edge he gazed across the surface, refusing to look at his reflection. If he saw himself he would probably see what he didn’t want to which was him looking as miserable as he felt. The last think he had wanted to think about the last few months was Niera.

Welcome! You roleplay well, I simply have one question. Are you playing the same character on multiple boards?
And also, in your appearance description you have written his eyes are blue while in your starting post it states they are green. Green is not an acceptable color here, but blue is, so I think you meant blue?
Looking good, just let me know and I will get you accepted as soon as possible!

I actually made him on The Lovely Bones, but I'm not really feeling that site so I was going to quit. He has yet to RPed. My sample was also written on the other site so that's why it says green eyes. I did go in and change the color in the sample, but it appears I missed one or two.

All right, no problem. Accepted. Were you wanting the alpha spot of Aryante, or did you wish to wait until it has a few more members before applying for it?

-nods- Alpha it is then. Remember, that is the most time-consuming of all the ranks. You'll need to come up with your pack rank names when you post your ranks page under Chronicles. For example, see the Lunitari post. If you don't want to rename them you don't have to.
